In view of the increasing infection of Corona virus, now another state of the country has extended the lockdown period till 31 July. After West Bengal, now the Government of Jharkhand has also decided to extend the lockdown in the state till 31 July.

Earlier, the lockdown period in Jharkhand was for 30 June only. Sukhdev Singh, President of the State Level Executive Committee and Chief Secretary of Jharkhand, has issued instructions in this regard. Now till July 31, compliance of the rules of lockdown in the state will continue to be strictly as before.

As per the earlier decision, all religious places, educational institutions, coaching institutes, cinemas, interstate bus services, malls, salons, spas, hotels, restaurants, hospice, bars, swimming pools, entertainment parks and gyms will remain closed in the state.

Significantly, the number of corono-infected people in the country is increasing rapidly. Now this number has increased to about five lakhs.
