Monday Box Office Report: After earning a lot on the weekend, there has been a huge drop in the collections of all the films on Monday. On one hand Mani Ratnam’s film ‘Ponniyin Selvan-1’ failed to cross the Rs 150 crore mark at the Indian box office. On the other hand, the collection of Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan’s film ‘Vikram Vedha’ has registered a decline of 61.7 percent. Ponniyin Selvan-1

Aishwarya Rai’s film ‘Ponniyin Selvan-1’ has registered a drop of 50.26 percent in its earnings. The film, which earned Rs 39.2 crore on the third day, has done a business of Rs 19.5 crore on Monday i.e. on the fourth day. Talking about the different versions of the film, PS-1 has earned 16.2 crores, 1.3 crores, 1.2 crores and 0.8 crores respectively in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam. That is, made in Rs 510 crore, this film has done a business of Rs 129.8 crore in four days.

Vikram Vedha

Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan’s film Vikram Vedha has done a total business of Rs 42.24 crore so far. Although there was a jump in the film’s earnings since Friday, however, on Monday there has been a huge drop in the film’s earnings. Yes, there has been a decline of 61.7 percent in the earnings of ‘Vikram Vedha’ on Monday as compared to Sunday. The film has collected only Rs 13.85 crore for the fourth time.
