Indian Bank will recruit staff for various posts based on interview only. There will be no written exam. The appointments will be made for a period of 3 years initially.
The application process has already started and will continue till February 29. Indian Bank will recruit staff for several posts including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Human Resources, etc. The educational qualification for each post is different.
To be eligible for the post of Chief Financial Officer, the candidate must have a CA or Chartered Accountancy degree. In addition, he/she must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in BFSI.
For the post of Company Secretary, the candidate must be a graduate from any recognized university. Those who have a law degree will be given preference. The candidate must have work experience in any organization.
To be eligible for the post of Head of Human Resources, the candidate must have passed MBA. In addition, he/she must have a postgraduate degree in any branch related to Human Resources. Besides, he/she must have 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources department.
To be eligible for the post of Head of Technology, the candidate must be a graduate in Engineering. Those who have BE or B.Tech or M.Tech will be given preference.
The age limit for the post of Chief Financial Officer is 35-57 years. The age limit for the post of Company Secretary is 30-57 years. The age limit for the posts of Head of Human Resources and Technology is 36-57 years.
Indian Bank will recruit for the posts of Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Head of Human Resources and Head of Technology. There is one vacancy each for each post, a total of four vacancies.
