Comedian Ronnie’s status improved

The health condition of ‘Miracle’ winning comedian Abu Hena Roni, who was burnt in a balloon explosion during the fourth anniversary function of Gazipur Metropolitan, has improved. Doctors are thinking of transferring him to the cabin.

Thursday (September 22) Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery Chief Coordination Dr. Samant Lal Sen informed this information.

He said, Roni’s physical condition has improved a lot. His speech is also normal now. Eating and breathing normally. His respiratory distress has also passed.

Dr. Samanta Lal Sen said, the next dressing will be done on his body next Saturday. After that, he is being considered to be taken to the cabin. The physical condition of burnt policeman Zillur Rahman has also improved.

Comedian Abu Hena Roni and 4 members of the police were burnt in a gas balloon explosion at the event organized on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of Gazipur Metropolitan Police (GMP) at Gazipur Police Line last Friday afternoon. Roni and policeman Zillur Rahman were admitted to the burn institute in Dhaka on the same day.

Doctors said that 25 percent of Roni’s body and 19 percent of Jillur’s body were burnt. Later, a 13-member medical board was formed for their treatment.
