Debanshu shared his childhood stories in conversation with kitchen manager Sudeepa Chattopadhyay. He told how his mother used to beat him as a child.

In Devanshu’s words, “Maa Durga is coming, with so many weapons in her hands. But my mother doesn’t need to think any other way. My mother can weaponize anything. Mom can make weapons from balloon wheels to sticks, spoons, and even chicken drumsticks.”

After making these allegations against the mother, Devanshu, however, said that every child needs to be disciplined by its parents. If I entered the house after ten o’clock at night, my mother would be standing at the door with a balloon wheel. This fear of parental discipline makes the child disciplined.
