Veteran Bollywood actor Arun Bali passed away. He was 79 years old. His performance in many Hindi films including ‘Three Idiots’ has caught the attention of the audience. He was sick for several days. Suffered from a rare neurological disease. The actor breathed his last at a private hospital in Mumbai on Friday.

Arun Bali’s son Ankush told Indian news agency PTI, ‘My father has passed away. He was suffering from a rare neurological disease for a long time. His mood was swinging for the past two-three days. Told the caretaker to go to the washroom; Want to come back and sit down. Then the father is seated. But he never got up from there.’

He played the role of King Poras in the 1991 drama ‘Chanakya’. He was also honored with the National Award for Best Producer.
