After four years, actress Purnima signed a new movie contract. The name is ‘Life in Diet’. He signed the film last Thursday. The film will be directed by Chhatku Ahmed. Purnima was last signed to act in the film ‘Jam’. The work of the film started in July 2018 but the shooting has not been completed yet.

Purnima’s character in the new film is called ‘Dola’. He said, ‘Now the work is reduced. I don’t work if I don’t get a script I like. So I didn’t work in movies for a long time. I liked the story and character of this film. This is Purnima’s first work with director Chhatku Ahmed.

Regarding being associated with the work, Poornima said, ‘Chhatku Bhai is a talented producer. When I was acting in Tana movies, several times I talked to Chhatku Bhai about work. But the bat and the ball did not match. When asked to do this work, listen to the story. After listening it was very good. Apart from this, my co-stars Ferdous and Misha Bhai encouraged me to do the work in this film.’

In March 2020, the outbreak of the Corona epidemic began in Bangladesh. Then many things including offices, courts, schools, colleges, universities were closed. The surroundings became stagnant. Even people were not coming out of the house. The story of the movie ‘Ahare Jiban’ is about the situation of that time. The director said that the shooting of the film is scheduled to begin in Dhaka from October 16.

Ferdous will act opposite Purnima in this film made with government grant in 2021-22 financial year. The film also features Misha Saudagar, Tushar Khan and others. The film’s story, dialogues and screenplay are by the director. Purnima starrer ‘Gangchil’ is awaiting release. The film may release this year. Ferdous is Purnima’s co-star in this film.
